Frequently Asked Questions

Order Fulfillment

Books ordered will typically be mailed within two business days. You can expect to receive the item within one week of ordering. We will alert you if we expect it to take longer because of holidays, weather, etc.. If you wish faster delivery, please choose two-day shipping or overnight shipping at checkout, and we will attempt to expedite processing as well as shipping.

Shipping

The cost of ordinary shipping within the U.S. and Canada via USPS is included in the designated price of every KAMSET title. An additional charge for shipping will appear only if you request two-day or overnight shipping. All our packages are tracked, and if the carrier confirms delivery at the address you provide, the package will be deemed to have been received. If you would like to require a signature by you to confirm delivery, please so indicate with your order.

Sales Tax

The cost of any sales tax is also included in the designated price of every KAMSET title. We aim to keep your buying experience simple; the price you see is the price you pay.

Returns

You may return any book ordered within 30 days of delivery. If it remains in new condition, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the book. If it arrived damaged, you will receive a refund of the price paid for the book and the cost of shipping in both directions. Alternatively, you can keep a book that arrived damaged and request a partial refund, but please send a photo of the damaged product and the packaging it came in so we can contact the shipper about this.

Institutional purchasers (universities, public libraries, etc.) may order by EMAIL or HERE, receive an invoice with the shipment, and pay with a check by return mail.

Publishing With KAMSET

KAMSET authors receive a much larger percentage of book-sale revenue than traditional presses offer. Authors interested in publishing a book with KAMSET should send a proposal and curriculum vitae to the Editors at kamset.press@cox.net. Presently, KAMSET publishes only non-fiction within the categories of law, politics, and philosophy. KAMSET provides editorial assistance, book cover design, and both online and direct mail advertising.
